9. AGREEMENT WITH SYSTEMS SOURCE, INC. FOR PHASE-2B PURCHASE\nAND INSTALLATION OF SYSTEM FURNITURE AT PUBLIC WORKS\nSECOND FLOOR ADMINISTRATION AREA; AND APPROVAL OF A\nCORRESPONDING PURCHASE ORDER IN THE NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT\nOF $230,000.\nComment: Staff recommends that City Council: (1) Approve an agreement with\nSystems Source, Inc. for purchase and installation of system furniture at Public\nWorks Administration staff area in the amount of $215,042; and (2) Approve a\ncontingency in the amount of $14,958 (7%); and (3) Approve a purchase order in\nthe not-to-exceed amount of $230,000.
