(General Fund)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve agreement in the amount of $138,429;\n2. Approve an Advance Funds Agreement between the City of Inglewood and\n308 E. Beach LLC in the amount of $69,214.50 to cover the cost of\nEnvironmental Services associated with a proposed Zone Change (ZCA23-\n00002);\n3. Approve an Advance Funds Agreement between the City of Inglewood and\nEast Beach Inglewood, LLC in the amount of $69,214.50 to cover the cost\nof Environmental Services associated with a proposed Zone Change\n(ZCA23-00003); and
