APPROVAL OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH GERALD A.\nJAMABAZIAN FOR PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES AND TEMPLECITY\nPHOTOS.COM WEBSITE MAINTENANCE\nThe City Council is requested to approve the First Amendment to the Agreement\nwith Gerald A. Jambazian.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a First Amendment to an Agreement with Gerald A. Jambazian\n(Attachment “A”) for a total amount of $13,333.28 from April 1, 2024 through\n2. Approve a budget amendment of $1,174 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 to the City\nManager’s Special Contract Services account; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment Agreement.
