AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT - 2025 WATER SYSTEM MASTER PLAN AND\nWATER RATES STUDY\nStaff recommends City Council award a professional services agreement with Stetson Engineers, Inc., to\nprovide professional engineering services for preparation of the City of Norwalk’s 2025 Water Master Plan\nand Water Rates Study Project, for a not-to-exceed-fee of $389,400; and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the agreement and any amendments, provided there is funding in the budget and it is within the\nCity Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney. 1070-05
