h. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT EXTENSION\nWITH ST. VINCENT DE PAUL VILLAGE, INC. FOR ACCESS TO TWO\nSHELTER BEDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $104,710\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute an extension with St.\nVincent de Paul, Inc. for shelter bed space in the amount of $99,710 for one year\nand an additional $5,000 available for additional capacity beds on an as­needed\nbasis, resulting in a total amount of $104,710.
