14. AGREEMENT - SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH ENPLANNERS, INC. TO PREPARE A SUBSEQUENT\nENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE GREEN RIVER RANCH SPECIFIC PLAN\nAMENDMENT (REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 22-052SB)\nThat the City Council:\na. Approve the Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement\nwith Enplanners, Inc., to prepare the Subsequent Environmental Impact\nReport and increase the total compensation by $38,100 for additional\nservices.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Second\nAmendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Enplanners, Inc. for\na total contract amount of $148,550.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue a Change Order to\nPurchase Order P23593 bringing the new total to $148,550.\nd. Authorize an additional appropriation in the amount of $38,100 to the\nPlanning and Development operating budget and increase revenue estimates\nby the same amount in the General Fund 110 for the preparation of the\nSubsequent Environmental Impact Report for the Green River Ranch Specific\nPlan Amendment.
