Approve the Pandemic Recovery Plan Business Recovery and Support Program Phase\nII; and\n2. Appropriate $505,000 of assigned fund balance set-aside in the General Fund to provide\nbusiness recovery and support under the City's Pandemic Recovery Plan; and\n3. Adopt a Resolution approving the donation of General Funds to eligible businesses; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to administer the programs, including determining eligibility,\napproving applications, and dispersing funds.
