41. Resolution of Summary Vacation in the Unincorporated Community of\nSan Jose Hills\nRecommendation: Find that the portion of the easements for sanitary sewer\npurposes north of Valley Boulevard between Alderton Avenue and Giano\nAvenue in the unincorporated community of San Jose Hills (1), is no longer\nrequired for public use and can be vacated pursuant to the California Health\nand Safety Code, and the portion of the easements for sanitary sewer\npurposes north of Valley Boulevard between Alderton Avenue and Giano\nAvenue is determined to be excess by the easement holder and there are\nno public facilities located within the easements, pursuant to the California\nStreets and Highways Code; adopt a Resolution of Summary Vacation of a\nPortion of Sanitary Sewer Easements north of Valley Boulevard between\nAlderton Avenue and Giano Avenue; upon approval, authorize the Director\nof Public Works to record the certified original resolution with the\nRegistrar-Recorder/County Clerk; and find that the proposed project is\nexempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
