31. Community Based Communication and Engagement Campaigns\nMedia Services Master Agreement Work Order Amendments\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the Director of Public Health to\nexecute an amendment to a Master Agreement Work Order (MAWO) with\nTeam Friday, Inc. (Team Friday) for the provision of Community Based\nCommunication and Engagement Campaigns Media Services, and increase\nthe maximum obligation by $1,100,000, from $1,100,000 to $2,200,000, for\nthe period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, and extend the term\nthrough June 30, 2025 at a maximum obligation of $1,350,000 for the\nperiod of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, 100% funded by Centers for\nDisease Control and Prevention, Assistance Listing Number 93.354,\nCalifornia Department of Public Health Future of Public Health, and Care\nFirst Community Investment funding; and execute future MAWO\namendments with Team Friday that extend the term for an additional\none-year period through June 30, 2026 at amounts to be determined by the\nDirector, contingent upon availability of funds and contractor performance,\nallow the rollover of unspent MAWO funds, and provide an increase or\ndecrease in funding up to 25% above or below each period's annual base\nmaximum amount, effective upon amendment execution or at the beginning\nof the applicable MAWO period, which may include corresponding revisions\nto the scope of work, as necessary, future increases or amendments shall\nnot exceed $2,000,000 annually without additional delegated authority from\nthe Board.
