Legal Representation for a Clinical Psychologist\nRecommendation: Find that the administrative proceeding involving a\nHuman Resources clinical psychologist is brought on account of alleged\nacts or omissions performed in the scope of the clinical psychologist’s\nemployment as an employee of the County; find that the defense of the\nclinical psychologist would be in the best interest of the County; find that the\nclinical psychologist acted in good faith, without malice, and in the apparent\ninterest of the County; and direct County Counsel to secure legal\nrepresentation or authorize reimbursement for attorneys’ fees incurred, at\nthe County’s expense, for the Department of Human Resources’ clinical\npsychologist.
