34. Arcadia Tennis Center at Arcadia Community Regional Park\nAgreement Amendment\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Parks and Recreation to\nnegotiate and execute a sole source amendment to an agreement with\niTennis, Inc., for the continued management, operation, and maintenance of\nArcadia Tennis Center at Arcadia Community Regional Park (5), extend the\nterm for an additional period of one year, with 12 month-to-month extension\noptions, for a maximum extension of 24 months, add and/or change certain\nterms and conditions, as required by the Board, execute future\namendments to exercise the extension options, and suspend or terminate\nthe agreement, or assign the agreement, if deemed necessary, in\naccordance with the approved terms and condition of the agreement; and\nfind that the proposed actions are exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act.
