LA County Library Headquarters Fire Restoration Project\nRecommendation: Approve the additional scope and revised project budget\nof $26,425,000, which reflects an increase of $10,994,000 from the\npreviously Board-approved budget amount of $15,431,000, for the LA\nCounty Library Headquarters Fire Restoration Project, Capital Project No.\n89160 (Project) (4); approve an appropriation adjustment to transfer\n$7,395,000 from the LA County Library Operating budget to the LA County\nLibrary-Accumulative Capital Outlay Fund, to fully fund the Project; and find\nthat the recommended actions are within the scope of the previous\nexemptions and finding of exemption from the California Environmental\nQuality Act.
