37. Hubert H. Humphrey and Edward R. Roybal Comprehensive Health\nCenters Elevator Modernization Projects Construction Contract\nRecommendation: Establish and approve the Hubert H. Humphrey\nComprehensive Health Center Elevator Modernization Project, Capital\nProject (CP) No. 87979, with a total project budget of $4,000,000, and the\nEdward R. Roybal Comprehensive Health Center Elevator Modernization\nProject, CP No. 87980, with a total project budget of $3,840,000 (Projects)\n(1); approve the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 appropriation adjustment to\nallocate $1,400,000 and $1,250,000 from the Department of Health\nServices' Enterprise Fund-Committed for Health Services to fund the\nestimated FY 2023-24 expenditures for the Projects, respectively; authorize\nthe Director of Public Works to deliver the proposed Projects using\nBoard-approved Job Order Contracts; and find that the Projects are exempt\nfrom the California Environmental Quality Act.
