Proclaiming May 3 through 27, 2024 as “Los Angeles County Fair\nDays”\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisors Solis and Horvath: Proclaim\nMay 3 through May 27, 2024 as “Los Angeles County Fair Days” throughout\nLos Angeles County; instruct the Chief Executive Officer, through the Office\nof Countywide Communications, to promote the County Fair on the County\nChannel and social media platforms; and instruct County Department\nHeads to promote and encourage County employees to celebrate “Los\nAngeles County Day at the Fair” on Saturday, May 4, 2024, by attending the\nCounty Fair and enjoying an array of exhibits and festive County Fair\nprogramming.
