City of Los Angeles, et al., U.S.\nDistrict Court, Central District of California, Case Number:\n20-cv-02291-DOC-KES.\nThis lawsuit seeks relief stemming from the homelessness conditions in the\nCity and County of Los Angeles.\nThe Board authorized the County of Los Angeles to enter into a\nMemorandum of Understanding with the City of Los Angeles for the\ncoordination and provision of resources and services to people\nexperiencing homelessness in Los Angeles. The vote of the Board\nwas unanimous, with all Supervisors being present. (20-2724)
