5.J. Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing Climate Grant Applications by City\nManager or Designee - New Item Received 4/18/2024\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section\n15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) Guidelines; and\n2. Adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to\nsubmit applications for grants and other incentive programs that support\nprojects, programs, or objectives identified in the Council-adopted Climate\nAction and Adaptation Plan.
