Adoption of a Resolution that Amends Resolution No. 10325 (CCS) in order to\nClarify the Authorization to Levy and Place the Main Street Business Area\nFestoon Lighting and Sidewalk Cleaning Assessments on the L.A. County\nProperty Tax Rolls Each Year\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section\n15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.\n2. Adopt a Resolution to amend Section 6 and Section 8 of Resolution No.\n10325 (CCS) in order to clarify that Council authorized the levy and\nplacement of the Main Street Business Area Festoon Lighting and Sidewalk\nCleaning assessments on the Los Angeles County property tax rolls to be\ndone annually and not just for FY 2008-2009.
