Request of Councilmember de la Torre that the City Council allocate $5000\nfrom its discretionary funds to the Association of Mexican American\nEducators in support of the Samohi Latino Graduation, organized by student\ngroup Legado Latino. These funds will assist in covering event expenses such\nas stoles, medals, diplomas, food and drinks, and entertainment.
