11. 24-52982 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. ITB CE-24-391 and award a contract\nto Safeway Sign Company, of Adelanto, CA, to furnish and deliver traffic and\ncustom signs, poles and related supplies, in an annual amount of $300,000 and\nauthorize a 20 percent contingency in the amount of $60,000 for a total contract\namount not to exceed $360,000 for a period of two years, with the option to renew\nfor three additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager; and,\nauthorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter\ninto the contract, including any necessary subsequent amendments.
