5.C. Award a Contract to Moss Adams, LLP for Human Services Grants Program\nMonitoring Services\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section\n15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) Guidelines;\n2. Award RFP # 402 to Moss Adams, LLP, for ongoing compliance monitoring\nservices for the Housing and Human Services Department; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with\nMoss Adams, LLP, for two years, with two additional one-year renewal\noptions, for a total amount not to exceed $400,000 over a four year period,\nwith future funding contingent on Council budget approval.
