5.F. Award Bid 4475 to California Waters Development, Inc. to Provide Water\nFeature and Pond Maintenance Citywide\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of categorical exemption pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing\nFacilities) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines;\n2. Award Bid #4475 to California Waters Development, Inc. for the repair and\nmaintenance of water features for the Public Works Department; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with\nCalifornia Waters Development, Inc. for $1,285,596, plus a contingency of\n$186,429, for a two-year term, with three one-year renewal options, for a total\namount not to exceed $1,472,025 over the five year period, with future year\nfunding contingent on Council budget approval.
