5.E. Approval of First Modification of Agreement #11250 with Steer for Rideshare\nProgram Administration and Outreach\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section\n15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) Guidelines;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a first modification to\nagreement #11250 in the amount of $96,200 with Steer, Inc. for rideshare\nprogram administration and outreach for the Department of Transportation,\nresulting in a three-year amended agreement (with two one-year optional\nCity of Santa Monica Generated: 4/18/2024 3:52 PM Page 5\nextensions) with a new total amount not to exceed $1,497,698.48, with future\nyear funding contingent on Council budget approval; and\n3. Authorize budget amendment as outlined in the Financial Impacts and\nBudget Actions section of this report (requires 5 votes).
