9.B. 23-002 Sidewalk Maintenance Program (Phase I)\nRecommendation:\n1) Award the Construction contract to S&H Civilworks, in the amount of\n$113,800 for the construction of 23-002 Sidewalk Maintenance Program\n(Phase I) Project;\n2) Reject all other bids;\n3) Authorize the City Manager to sign the contract on behalf of the City; and\n4) Approve $11,380 in contingency for the Sidewalk Maintenance Program\n(Phase 1) Project subject to the approval of the City Manager.
