CONSIDERATION TO AMEND APPEAL FEE SCHEDULE FOR LAND USE\nENTITLEMENTS\nIt is recommended that the City Council initiate a discussion to amend the appeal fee\nrelated to land use entitlements and provide direction to staff to amend the Fiscal Year\n2022-2023 Fee Schedule, reducing the appeal fee from seventy-five percent of the\noriginal application filing fee to fifty percent.
