Approve the award of Engineering Design Services Agreements, in the total\namount of $124,460, to Hirsch and Associates, Inc. for the Soccer Field\nInstallation Project at Sigler Park and the Baseball Infield Renovation Project at\nBuckingham and Westminster Parks; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements on behalf of the City.
