GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Project Partners, Inc. for professional services to extend the\nterm and increase the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Project Partners, Inc. to extend the Agreement to June\n30, 2026, and increase the amount of the agreement by $105,000 for a\ntotal not-to-exceed amount of $300,000; and 2) Authorize the City\nManager or designee to execute documents incident to the Agreement.
