AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH SDI PRESENCE LLC\nFOR CONSULTING SERVICES RELATED TO PROJECT\nMANAGEMENT, REPORT WRITING, AND DATA ANALYTICS FOR\nTHE PERMITTING AND LAND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MIGRATION\nPROJECT [L. DEVINE]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving Amendment No. 3 to\nAgreement for Professional Services with SDI Presence LLC for\nconsulting services related to project management, report writing, and\ndata analytics for the Permitting and Land Management system migration\nproject.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement\nfor Professional Services with SDI Presence LLC for an additional $50,000\nfor a total of not-to-exceed $477,225; and 2) Authorize the City Manager\nor designee to execute documents incident and appropriate actions to\ncarry out the purpose and intent relating to this amendment.
