2.P. CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT WITH INTERNATIONAL LINE\nBUILDERS, INC. DBA ILB ELECTRIC TO CONSTRUCT CIP 2306,\nTRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS AT FOUNTAIN AVENUE AND\nFAIRFAX AVENUE [S. CAMPBELL, J. GILMOUR, R. GARLAND]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approval of a Construction\nAgreement with International Line Builders, Inc. dba ILB Electric to\nconstruct CIP 2306, Traffic Signal Improvements at Fountain Avenue and\nFairfax Avenue.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a Construction Agreement with\nInternational Line Builders, Inc. dba ILB Electric in the amount of $214,825\nfor the construction of CIP 2306, Traffic Signal Improvements at Fountain\nAve. and Fairfax Ave., and authorize the City Manager or designee to\nexecute documents incident to the Agreement; 2) Authorize the City\nEngineer to approve change orders to the Construction Agreement in an\namount not to exceed 15% ($32,223.75) of the Agreement amount; and 3)\nAdopt Resolution No. 24-_______: “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD APPROVING THE\nDESIGN AND PLANS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CIP 2306,\nTRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS AT FOUNTAIN AVENUE AND\nFAIRFAX AVENUE, PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION\n830.6.”
