COYNE]:\n SUBJECT: The City Council will consider amendments to Title 3\n (Revenue and Finance) of the West Hollywood Municipal Code Chapter\n 3.20, Section 3.20.040 concerning Living Wage Payment Requirements\n for Service Contracts, removing the language connecting the annual\n increase of the Living Wage for City contracts to the Citywide Minimum\n Wage Ordinance.\n RECOMMENDATION: Introduce on first reading Ordinance No.\n 24_______: “AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\n OF WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION\n 3.20.040, OF THE WEST HOLLYWOOD MUNICIPAL CODE\n REGARDING ANNUAL CPI INCREASES TO THE LIVING WAGE\n ORDINANCE.”
