COLLINS]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving a Memorandum of\nUnderstanding (MOU) with the California Joint Powers Insurance Authority\n(CJPIA) to utilize the CJPIA’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)\nAssistance Program for the completion of an ADA Self- Assessment and\nTransition Plan.\nRECOMMENDATION: Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)\nwith the California Joint Powers Insurance Authority (CJPIA) to utilize the\nCJPIA’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Assistance Program for the\ncompletion of an ADA Self-Assessment and Transition Plan and authorize\nthe City Manager to execute the MOU.
