4) CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE ENGINEER’S REPORT, AND\nDECLARING THE CITY’S INTENTION TO ORDER THE ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS AND SETTING A\nPUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE LEVY OF ASSESSMENTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025\nLANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Adopt Resolution No. 8299 approving the Engineer’s Report for Fiscal Year 2024-2025\nLandscaping and Lighting Assessment District; and\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8300 declaring the City Council’s intention to order the annual\nassessments for FY 2024-2025 LLAD; and setting the date for the Public Hearing to consider\nthe levy of assessments at the June 3, 2024 City Council regular meeting.
