5) CONSIDERATION TO AUTHORIZE SUPPORT OF A CONGRESSIONAL FUNDING REQUEST WITH\nTHE AMERICAN LEGION POST 176 FOR FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Authorize City support of a congressional funding request as a partner with the American\nLegion Post 176 for facility improvements at their headquarters in the City of San Fernando;\nand\nb.
