5C. Contribution to the City's Other Post Employment Benefits (OPEB) Trust Fund with Publlic Agency Retirement\nServices (PARS)\n— 1. Approve an immediate transfer of $250,000 from the City's Other Post Employment Benefits (OPEB) Fund\n(150) to the Public Agency Retirement Services (PARS) Post-Retirement Health Care Trust Program and authorize\nan additional $175,000 transfer in June 2024. There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund.
