Noble Company, in the amount of\n$367,524 increasing the not to exceed amount to $1,200,000, to ensure sufficient funds\nthroughout the agreement term for as-needed purchase of various asphalt concrete paving\nmaterials and dumping of construction debris; and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee,\nto execute documents related to the agreement.
