16. Approve an agreement with Baringa Partners LP, in an amount not to exceed $2,100,000 plus a\n15% contingency for as-needed extra services, for project management services for\nimplementation of the Energy Trading and Risk Management System Implementation and\nIntegration Project for a 15-month term with two 12-month extension options to complete the\nservices; and authorize the Public Utilities General Manager, or designees, to execute all related\ndocuments as necessary and take the necessary actions to implement, fund, and administer the\nagreement.
