A. CITY COUNCIL REORGANIZATION TIMING DISCUSSION\nThe City Council will discuss various options for the timing of City Council\nreorganizations and provide direction to staff. Option 1 would have minimal\nincreases in celebratory expenses due to reorganization more often than once a\nyear. Options 2 and 3 have no fiscal impact.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that that City Council discuss options and provide direction\nto staff.
