D. Consideration and possible action to approve Amendment No. 2 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Willdan Engineering to continue\nproviding services to the Community Development Department. (Garrett)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Willdan Engineering, which increases the contract amount by\n$50,000 from $80,000 to $130,000 for temporary Permit Technician services in\nthe Building and Safety Division and the temporary Code Enforcement Officer\nin the Code Enforcement Division through July 30, 2024, and, 2) Authorize the\nMayor and City Clerk to execute the Amendment in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney.\nAgenda Report
