Item No. 32. 2024-0328 CONSIDER AWARDING A CONTRACT SERVICE\nAGREEMENT WITH SWAYZER CORPORATION FOR\nMOWING AND LANDSCAPE SERVICES AT CITY\nPARKS AND FACILITIES (CITY COUNCIL).\nRecommendation: Take the following actions:\n1. Approve an initial one-year Contract Services Agreement, with\ntwo (2) one- year extensions at the City's discretion, with Swayzer\nCorporation to provide mowing and landscape services to the City\nof Carson for a total not to exceed contract amount of\n$411,352.68.\n2. Authorize the expenditure of a 10% contingency in the amount of\n$41,135.27 for the one-year term of the contract for any unforeseen\ncircumstances that will require additional work.\n3.
