E. MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY\nAND THE SAN GABRIEL COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (SGVCOG) TO FUND\nCOST OVERAGES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE UPPER LOS\nANGELES RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT GROUP (ULAR)\nCOORDINATED INTEGRATED MONITORING PROGRAM (CIMP) AND\nWATERSHED MANAGEMENT PLAN (WMP)\nThe City Council is requested to approve the Memorandum of Agreement with\nSan Gabriel Valley Council of Governments for cost related to implementation of\nthe Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program (CIMP) and Watershed\nManagement Plan.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) (Attachment “A”) between the\nCity of Temple City (City) and the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments\n(SGVCOG) to fund cost overages related to implementation of the\nCoordinated Integrated Monitoring Program (CIMP) and Watershed\nManagement Plan (WMP);\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the MOA; and\n3. Approve a budget adjustment of $9,650 for FY 23-24 to be paid with Safe\nClean Water Program (Measure W) Funds.
