12. Notice of Completion for Contract No. LP-0655 – Rehabilitation of Reservoirs 2-1, 2-2,\nand 2-3\nRecommendation:\nA. Find that the proposed action is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA) review, in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15301, because the project\nconsists of the maintenance, repair or minor alteration of existing facilities and equipment and\ninvolves negligible or no expansion of an existing use;\nB. Accept the work by Capital Industrial Coatings, LLC regarding City Contract No. LP-0655;\nand\nC. Authorize the General Manager of Public Utilities to execute and submit the Notice of\nCompletion to the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk.
