11. 24-53099 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute a contract, and any necessary documents including any necessary\nsubsequent amendments, with Zoll Medical Corporation, of Chelmsford, MA, for\nfurnishing and delivering medical equipment and monitors and associated supplies\nand equipment; repair services and maintenance for the medical equipment and\nmonitors, on the same terms and conditions afforded to the League of Oregon\nCities, a state of Oregon government agency, in an annual amount of $400,000,\nauthorize a 15 percent contingency in the amount of $60,000, for a total annual\ncontract amount not to exceed $460,000, until the League of Oregon Cities\ncontract’s expected expiration on June 7, 2024, with the option to renew for as long\nas the League of Oregon Cities contract is in effect, at the discretion of the City\nManager.
