9. 24-53097 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute a contract, and any necessary documents including any necessary\nsubsequent amendments, with Life-Assist, Inc., of Rancho Cordova, CA, for\nfurnishing and delivering emergency medical supplies, on the same terms and\nconditions afforded to the League of Oregon Cities, a state of Oregon government\nagency, for an annual amount of $300,000, authorize a 15 percent contingency in\nthe amount of $45,000, for a total annual amount not to exceed $345,000, until the\nLeague of Oregon Cities Contract No. PS20180 expires on May 28, 2024, with the\noption to renew for as long as the League of Oregon Cities contract is in effect, at\nthe discretion of the City Manager.
