21. 24-53104 Recommendation to adopt specifications No. RFQ ED-23-353 for Inclusive\nBusiness Navigators and award contracts as-needed to April Parker Foundation\nInc.; Braven Agency; Centro CHA Inc.; Dr. Karen-Semien-McBride (MK Circle);\nIntegrality, LLC; Long Beach Center for Economic Inclusion; Long Beach Fresh,\nproject of SEE; Long Beach Nonprofit Partnership; Nine27; Pacific Asian\nCounseling Services; RightSource Digital Services; Roads Consulting Group; Stone\nLaw Firm, PC; The Hangout; and the United Cambodian Community for business\nsupport services in a total annual aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 for a\nperiod of one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods at\nthe discretion of the City Manager; and, authorize City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute all documents necessary to enter into the contracts, including any\nnecessary subsequent amendments.
