Therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines\nSection 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the\nactivity qualifies for an Exemption pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act State Guidelines.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nAdopt a resolution accepting $60,000 in sponsorship funds from the Port of San Diego for the\nSouth Bay Earth Day event.
