62. Quitclaim of Easements in the City of Inglewood\nRecommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the County Flood Control\nDistrict (District), and acting as a responsible agency for the proposed 113-133\nW. Plymouth Street Residential Project (Project) (2), consider the Mitigated\nNegative Declaration (MND) prepared and adopted by the City of Inglewood as\nthe lead agency, certify that the Board has independently reviewed,\nconsidered, and reached its own conclusions regarding the environmental\neffects of the District's approvals related to the Project as shown in the MND;\nand adopt the Mitigation Monitoring Program as applicable to the Project finding\nthat it is adequately designed to ensure compliance with the mitigation\nmeasures during project implementation; find that the easement for covered\nstorm drain and appurtenant structures purposes in Parcels 20EXE, 22EXE,\nand 24EXE related to Project No. 181-271 Fairview-Hyde Park Drain, in the\nCity of Inglewood, are no longer required for the purposes of the District;\napprove the quitclaim of easements from the District to the underlying fee\nproperty owner, Plymouth Inglewood Development, LLC.; and authorize the\nChief Engineer of the Los Angeles County Flood Control District to execute the\nquitclaim of easements document and authorize delivery to Plymouth Inglewood\nDevelopment, LLC.
