38. Vehicle Fleet Maintenance and Repair Services Contract\nRecommendation: Approve and instruct the Chair to sign a contract with\nCenterra Integrated Fleet Services, LLC., to provide vehicle fleet maintenance\nand repair services effective June 1, 2024, for a period of three years, with\nthree two-year renewal options, and six month-to-month extensions, for a total\naggregate amount of $39,656,848 for the initial three-year term; authorize the\nDirector of Internal Services to exercise the renewal options and\nmonth-to-month extension options; execute applicable contract amendments\nshould the original contracting entity merge, be acquired, or otherwise have a\nchange of entity, approve necessary changes to scope of services; increase\nthe maximum contract amount up to an additional 10% to allow for any possible\nCost of Living Adjustments; and make a finding, as required by County Code,\nSection 2.121.420,1 that contracting for the provision of vehicle fleet\nmaintenance and repair services, as described herein, can be performed more\neconomically by an independent contractor.
