Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Los Angeles County Fire\nDepartment\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisors Hahn and Barger: Authorize the\nFire Chief to execute an agreement with the Los Angeles Emergency\nPreparedness Foundation (LAEPF), allowing for the LAEPF to manage the\nreceipt and disbursement of donated funds necessary to conduct and support\nthe Fire Department’s Centennial Celebration, with an administrative fee not to\nexceed 1% of the collected donor funds; and execute a facilities use agreement\nand/or an event contract with the venue to host the Centennial Celebration.\n(24-1691)
