Cogswell Dam Inlet - Outlet Works Rehabilitation Project Phase 2\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Barger: Award a construction\ncontract and authorize the Chief Engineer of the County Flood Control District\nto execute a construction contract to Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. in the\namount of $7,493,500 for the Cogswell Dam Inlet - Outlet Works Rehabilitation\nProject Phase 2 (Project), and establish the effective date following receipt of\napproved Faithful Performance and Labor and Material Bonds and insurance\ncertificates filed by the contractor for this Project; and find that the Project is\nwithin the scope of a previous exemption from the California Environmental\nQuality Act.
