20. Approval of Twenty-Five Year Lease of County-Owned Property Located\nat 1110 West Avenue J., Lancaster to the Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Barger: Pursuant to Government\nCode Section 26227, find that the services to be provided by the Los Angeles\nCounty Development Authority (LACDA) are necessary to meet the social\nneeds of the County and serve public purposes which benefit the County;\nauthorize the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate and execute a lease\nagreement with LACDA for the lease of the County-owned property at 1110\nWest Avenue J in Lancaster, for a specific term, execute any other ancillary\ndocumentation deemed necessary, and take any other action consistent with\nand/or necessary for the implementation of the forgoing actions; and find that\nthe proposed lease agreement is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act.
