47. Outpatient Specialty Mental Health Services Contracts\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Mental Health to execute Individual\nand Group Provider Outpatient Specialty Mental Health Services contracts with\n154 providers for the provision of outpatient specialty mental health services,\neffective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2029, with the option to extend for an\nadditional fiscal year, for a total amount of $69,149,932, fully funded by State\nand County General Funds; execute future contracts with other qualified\nindividual or group providers through June 30, 2029, who have been\ncredentialed by the Department of Mental Health, acting as the Mental Health\nPlan, provided that sufficient funds are available; execute future amendments to\nthe contracts to extend the term for one additional fiscal year as needed, revise\nthe boilerplate language; modify or replace the existing statement of work,\nincrease the rates as required to remain in compliance with State requirements,\nmodify/approve waivers for certain liability insurance requirements on a\ncase-by-case basis, and/or reflect Federal, State and County regulatory and/or\npolicy changes provided that sufficient funds are available; and terminate the\ncontracts in accordance with the termination provisions, including termination\nfor convenience.
